Cars of the July 2026 Rusty Relics Meeting in the Park

The July 26 meeting was blessed with fine weather, warm and sunny. Mike Boettger did a fine job of grilling burgers and dogs, while Ken, Barry, and Irene handled the ancillary gear needed in any barbecue.
Nearly all the members brought their classics along, spreading them out under the trees. Steve unveiled his new-to-him 1968 Plymouth Fury III, in its first Relics outing (first photos, on right; he bought it at Carlisle and drove it home).

Overall, Plymouth was unduly represented, with a Barracuda, Duster, Valiant, Belvedere, and the Fury (the Barracuda, Valiant, and Duster are clearly shown below). Chevrolet, Packard, and Ford are also seen in this photo—the two Chevys were the red Nova SS and a Corvair convertible.

There’s a fine 1938 Packard between the Corvair and Mustang. In the back of all three of these photos, you can see a Model A.

Here’s a second Packard in green.

... and finally, the view from the picnic tables.

The next outdoor event is at the end of August. See other 2026 events.
